Henri Giraud Argonne 2012 is the prestige cuvée from this celebrated Champagne House, using Pinot Noir and Chardonnay from the very best Grand Cru vineyards in Aÿ. The wine went through a meticulous maturation process, spending 12 months in oak barriques and a further 7 years on the lees. Aromas of apple tarte, honeycomb, plums, toasted bread and a touch of mint. Full-bodied and concentrated, with a vibrant acidity and a seamless structure. Only 5,000 bottles were produced.
