Josmeyer is a 5th-generation family-owned estate in Wintzenheim, Alsace. A mere 782 bottles of the delicious 2002 Riesling Grand Cru Hengst SGN were produced and it is a wonderful sweet wine perfectly in its optimal drinking window. It is cool and precise with delicious notes of honeyed pineapple, wild herbs and crushed stone minerality. It is pure, tensile and concentrated on the extremely lengthy finish.
