Weingut Heidi Schrock is a 10-hectare estate situated in the historic village of Rüst, in the province of Burgenland by Lake Neusiedl. Junge Löwen, which translates as “Young Lions”, is a blend of 85% Blaufränkisch and 15% St. Laurent which are the two most commonly found black grape varieties of the region. It is a medium-bodied, smooth and elegant wine, with notes of red fruits, dried violets and schist-driven minerality.
