45% Pinot Blanc, 20% Riesling, 20% Gewurztraminer, 10% Pinot Gris and 5% Muscat. A surprising and elegant wine with a frank aromatic expression of flowers, butter notes and spices. Refreshingly dry on the palate, finishing on an agreeably fruity and perfumed note, with enough character to stand up to spicy sauces. The wine takes its name from the Japanese term “Gyotaku”, a traditional Japanese method of printmaking, which uses fish as printing plates together ink and paper. This elegant white is perfect as an apéritif or paired with sushi and fish dishes.
