The 2020 `Guru` from boutique Douro outfit, Wine & Soul, is a brilliant field blend of old-vine Viosinho, Rabigato, Códega and Gouveio, aged for eight months with battonage. A seductive and elegant wine, exhibiting aromas and flavours of white flowers, grapefruit, lime and a beautiful minerality. Very long on the palate with great texture. This is a brilliant dry white wine that pairs well with fresh seafood and herb-roasted chicken.
