There are few better producers of Clare Valley Riesling Jeffrey Grosset. Polish Hill is one of the most revered Riesling vineyards in Australia and is well known for producing wines of immense intensity and longevity. The 2019 is bright and powerful with remarkably concentrated notes of lemon, lime juice and peach, with incredible schist-driven minerality. Drink young and fresh or cellar for a decade as it will easily last the course.
