This is a wonderful sweet wine produced by famed winery, Grgich Hills Estate. It is a blend of Sauvignon Blanc, Riesling and Gewurztraminer made from late harvested grapes that have developed noble rot. Fermented with indigenous yeasts and matured in barrels for 14 months, it is rich, lush and ripe with notes of pear, Mandarin orange and honeysuckle. Perfect with blue cheese.
