Domaine de la Grange des Pères is situated near Aniane in the l’Hérault in the Languedoc on land purchased by Laurent Vaillé in 1989, and his wines have since attained cult status. Offered here in glorious magnum format, the 2014 is a splendid blend of Roussanne, Marsanne, Chardonnay and Gros Manseng produced in very small quantities. On the nose, floral and citrus notes with flinty complexity. Full and rounded on the palate with gentle freshness. The perfect match for white meats and fish.
