Grands Echézeaux Georges Noëllat 1999 is a Grand Cru red Burgundy from the esteemed Domaine Georges Noëllat. This vintage showcases fruit from carefully maintained vineyards, with a focus on maintaining vine age through repiquage. The wine underwent cold maceration for 3 to 4 days before a cuvaison lasting 15 to 18 days. It was then aged in barrels, with approximately 30 to 50% being new oak, for 12 months, before a further 6 months in older casks.
