Gran Moraine are a premium producer of cool-climate Chardonnay in the Yamhil Carlton AVA of the Willamette Valley, Oregon. It has delicious aromas of nashi pear, apricots, rose petals and baking spices. On the palate it is rich but medium-bodied and has ample freshness. This would be delicious alongside roasted chicken.
