Co-founded in 2008 by Tom Jago and James Espey, The Last Drop is an English independent bottler of fine and rare spirits. This is their 12th release, a single cask Speyside whisky distilled at The Glenrothes over 50 years ago. The nose opens up to floral aromas, followed by notes of almonds, oak and hints of vanilla. The palate presents a smooth mouthfeel, coated by a layer of sweetness and spices and finishing on a cooling, minty note.
