GlenAllachie 9 Year Old Fino Sherry Cask is a limited-edition, age-statement Speyside single malt whisky produced at the Glenallachie Distillery in Aberlour, Scotland. Part of the GlenAllachie Wood Collection, this elegant Speysider was initially matured in American oak ex-Bourbon barrels, followed by a period of maturation in hand-selected fino Sherry casks. In the words of the GlenAllachie Distillery, "maturation in former fino hogsheads has delivered a limited edition Scotch whisky overflowing with poached pears, vanilla custard and sugared almonds".
