This release from Domaine Rossignol-Trapet is a Gevrey-Chambertin Vieilles Vignes cuvée, produced from vines that are over 60 years old and certified biodynamic. According to the domaine’s winemaker Nicolas Rossignol, 2009 experienced a beautiful growing season that produced an ultra-clean and perfectly ripe crop. It`s a vintage of power and concentration that is ageing extremely well.
