Fuenteseca Reserva Anejo 15 Year Old 1998

The agave used in this expression were harvested in Atotonilco, in the Spring of 1998. The distillate was aged 15 years, when a faint sweetness was achieved by aging nearly all in American white oak, with only 3% laid into French Oak. The resulting tequila has an aromatic nose of lilac blossom, dried herbs, jasmine, dried orange peel, mint, white pepper and sage brush. On the palate, there are herbal hints that complement the floral overlay.
