Embracing the very best of the traditional and the modern, the team are injecting new energy into some of Spain`s oldest grape varieties and production techniques. El Jardin de las Iguales is a blend of Grenache and Macabeo from 98 year old vines planted on a mixture of slate and limestone. Fruit is hand-picked and foot-stomped before fermentation with indigenous yeasts and 14 months ageing in French oak.
