This is a beautiful Bordeaux blanc produced from vineyards in Listrac-Médoc. Le Cygne is a blend 65% Sauvignon Blanc, 20% Semillon and 15% Muscadelle, fermented and matured in oak barrels. The 2016 is bold and vibrant with delicious notes nectarine, pineapple and guava. Slightly richer than the 2015, this will drink better in the shorter term.
