The first batch of Fleurieu Australian single malt whisky from That Boutique-y Whisky Company is a sweet and fruity whisky, matured in an ex-sherry cask for 3 years. On the nose, lovely aromas of brown sugar, cocoa beans, toasted hazelnuts and vanilla dominate. The palate carries notes of raisins, candied orange peel and plums.
