The Flam winery was established in 1998 with the vision of producing wine at the highest international quality. The 2017 Flam Classico is a blend of mostly Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot, with Cabernet Franc, Syrah, Petit Verdot and Malbec. It is a simple but tasty wine with lovely black fruit flavours, herby savouriness and soft structure.
