The Flam winery was established in 1998 by Golan, Gilad Flam and their mother Kami, with the vision of producing wine at the highest international quality. The 2017 Flam Blanc is an unoaked and vibrant blend of 58% Sauvignon Blanc and 42% Chardonnay. Best drunk young, this is delicately textured, exuberantly fruit-driven and wonderfully refreshing.
