Domaine de Cébène was established by Brigitte Chevalier in Faugères, in the heart of the Haut-Languedoc Regional Natural Park in 2007. `Les Bancèls` is a harmonious red, produced from a blend of Grenache, Syrah and Mourvèdre. Beautifully pure on the nose with mineral, liquorice and floral character. On the palate, a sweet explosion of soft fruit and elegant tannins. Enjoy with roast and grilled meats, truffle and mushroom dishes.
