The Farr estate is located in the Moorabool Valley between Geelong and Ballarat, 100km southwest of Melbourne. The 2018 Chardonnay is exotically scented with guava, green mango and pineapple, with savoury hints of buttered popcorn, roasted almonds and a whiff of struck match. Medium-bodied with a gorgeous silky texture, it has wonderful purity and sophistication.
