Evening Land is the terroir-driven winemaking project of Sashi Moorman and Raj Parr in the Eola-Amity region of Oregon. Inspired by the great wines of Burgundy, vines destined for La Source Pinot Noir are planted to Dijon clones and are rooted in shallow, rocky soils. Expect a red fruited profile of cranberries and raspberries, aromatic notes and fresh acidity.
