Located in Switzerland’s Zug region, Etter is a family-run distillery producing a wide-range of spirits for almost 150 years. This is one of the stars of their portfolio, a craft eau-de-vie made from local Williams pears – also knowns as the Bartlett pears in North America. Circa 11kg of the fruit are needed to produce a single 70cl bottle.
