Tenuta delle Terre Nere is located in the northern slopes of Mount Etna, with vineyards between the village of Solicchiata and the town of Randazzo. The wines from their Santo Spirito label are luscious and generous, in their almost fleshy bouquet and buttermilk richness. And yet there’s still a balance and a purity present. An ideal wine to pair with crème fraiche chicken or cheese & tomato risotto.
