Etna Rosso Guardiola Terre Nere 2018

75 cl
£37.50
Of all the crus owned by Terre Nere, Guardiola is the highest in elevation, ranging from 800 to almost 1,000 metres altitude. The altitude drives the acidity in the wine, the lean soil accentuates the tannins, so ripening is essential to render high quality wines. The distinctive terroir makes for a very powerful and intriguing red wine, best enjoyed with steak with peppercorn sauce or charred vegetable ragù.
