A 100% Pinot Noir champagne from the Grand Cru plot Ambonnay, where the vines’ average age is 41 years old. Vinification takes place in small oak barrels, with no malolactic fermentation or filtration. The wine is expertly structured and full-bodied. An ideal accompaniment to rich starters such as potted crab with asparagus or bacon and spinach quiche. Great potential for further ageing in cellar.
