Eric Rodez Les Beurys Pinot Noir Maceration 2016

Eric Rodez Les Beurys Pinot Noir Maceration 2016 is a single-vineyard blanc de noirs Champagne from the domaine of Eric Rodez in Ambonnay. After spending some time working as a cellarmaster for Krug, Eric Rodez returned to his family winery in the early 1990s and decided to set up his own label. He currently cultivates approximately six hectares of vines in Ambonnay which are now certified biodynamic.  Les Beurys is produced from 100% Grand Cru Ambonnay Pinot Noir, where the vines average more than 40 years of age. Three days of maceration are followed by fermentation in small barrels and the wine is bottled with 2.5g/L dosage.
