Eric and Martine Rodez are the eighth generation of winemakers of a domaine established in 1757. Situated in the commune of Ambonnay in Champagne, a key area for Pinot Noir. Grapes for this 100% Pinot Noir champagne are from the Grand Cru ‘D’Ambonnay’ and exclusively from a small plot named Beurys. An expressive, full-bodied wine with notes of wild strawberry, redcurrant and white pepper. The perfect accompaniment to sushi.
