Eric Rodez Blanc de Noirs Edition 34 NV is a non-vintage Champagne from the domaine of Eric Rodez in Ambonnay. After spending some time working as a cellarmaster for Krug, Eric Rodez returned to his family winery in the early 1990s and decided to set up his own label. He currently cultivates approximately six hectares of vines in Ambonnay which are now certified biodynamic. Eric`s Edition 34 Blanc de Noirs is composed of 100% Grand Cru Pinot Noir fruit from Ambonnay, with a base of 2013. Some 75% of the wines were vinified in small oak barrels. And the final wine was disgorged in 2013 with a dosage of 3.5g/L. A powerful yet elegant blanc de noir with notes of dried orchard fruits, fresh red apples, honey and flint.
