Grapes from this 100% Pinot Noir champagne are from the Grand Cru ‘D’Ambonnay’ and exclusively from a small plot named Beurys, from Eric Rodez’s vineyard, where the vines’ average age is 35 years old. Rich gold in colour, the wine displays lots of berries and peaches, and has a round mouthfeel. Very elegant, with bundles of lees texture, fresh acidity, plus hints of oak and minerality.
