Echezeaux Henri Boillot 2020

Renowned for crafting both red and white wines from Côtes de Beaune appellations, Domaine Henri Boillot has carved a name for itself in the wine world. Previously named Domaine Jean Boillot until 2005, the estate underwent a transformation when Henri Boillot acquired full ownership by buying out his siblings. This change was prompted to differentiate it from his brother`s newly established Domaine Jean-Marc Boillot. This particular release hails from the prestigious Echézeaux Grand Cru, having matured in 50% new oak barrels. Expect notes of cranberries, prunes, forest floor nuances, and the inviting warmth of spice-laden oak.
