The 2017 Latour from Rhône variety specialists, Domaine Netofa, is a blend of 70% Syrah and 30% Mourvedre, aged for 13 months in new French oak. While many wines from Israel are big and bold, the wines of Domaine Netofa are more refined and elegant. This is an excellent wine for early drinking and would pair well with slow-cooked meat dishes.
