Oenothèque is the late-release, cellar-aged series from Dom Perignon. The 1973 is full-bodied and vivacious with hallmark balance and finesse. On the nose there is a hint of toast and ripe yellow plums. The palate shows good vitality with tensile structure. The flavours dance across the tongue leaving a delicious candied lemon aftertaste.
