This is an impressive 11-month-old bourbon, produced by the American Distillery 291, based in Colorado, and independently bottled by That Boutique-y Whisky Company. The nose reveals sandalwood, buttered corn and earthy vanilla at first, followed by burnt sugar and salted caramel. The palate combines peppery oak, nutmeg, butterscotch and vanilla.
