L’Oiseau Rare features a blend of eaux-de-vie aged for decades in a century-old oak vat at Delamain’s Grand Chai in Jarnac. Created by former cellar master Dominique Touteau, this exceptional blend continues under Charles Braastad, showcasing the harmonious integration of the finest eaux-de-vie. Though it lacks an official age statement, the focus is on the remarkable quality and depth of the finished Cognac - with eaux-de-vies exceeding 50 years in the composition.

For collectors, the presentation is as refined as the Cognac itself. The decanter is adorned with bird illustrations, including a gold-accented kestrel, and comes in a luxurious oak, walnut, and birch gift box.
