The 2018 DAOU Estate Chardonnay showcases how the Chardonnay varietal is brilliantly expressed on the DAOU Mountain at 2,200 feet elevation in the hills of the Adelaide District on the west side of the Paso Robles AVA. Beautifully balanced, packed with citrus, lychee and elegant floral notes, together with a seam of refreshing salinity.
