Distilled in 1989, this beautiful Highlander from Dalmore forms part of the renowned Constellation Collection. With 17 years aging in an ex bourbon barrel before being finished in an ex Matusalem Oloroso sherry butt. Offering up a nose of honeyed orchard fruits and decadent milk chocolate, the palate opens up with a fruity concoction of caramelised stone fruits and a citrusy lift.
