The Dalmore Constellation Collection brings together the complete spectrum of vintages from the years 1964-1992. The 1991 vintage single cask spent 17 years maturing in an American white oak cask and a further three years in an Amoroso Oloroso sherry butt. This imparted flavours of liquorice and spices to crushed almonds, pineapple, coconut and maple syrup.
