Dailuaine Carn Mor Celebration of the Cask 1995

In the 19th century, Dailuaine stood as Speyside`s largest distillery and held the distinction of housing Scotland`s first pagoda-roofed kiln. Unfortunately, the distillery met its demise in a fire in 1917. Following reconstruction, it fell under the ownership of DCL [now Diageo], utilizing its robust spirit to complement various blends. This release was drawn from bourbon barrel #3062, filled at Dailuaine in 1995 and bottled in 2018. This is a ‘Celebration of the Cask’ bottling, the single cask sub-category of Morrison & Mackay`s Càrn Mòr label.
