Château d’Agassac is a superb Cru Bourgeois estate in the Haut-Médoc and the 2005 vintage is a classic release composed of 53.5% Cabernet Sauvignon, 45% Merlot and 1.5% Cabernet Franc. A vintage hallmarked by excellent concentration, structure and elegance, this is now in its peak drinking window and would be ideal served alongside roasted rib of beef.
