Dada 2 Red is an interesting blend from Hawke’s Bay fermented, aged and bottled with no added sulphur. Made from 60% Merlot, 35% Syrah and 5% Cabernet Franc, it has wonderful aromas of plum, mulberry, cedar and herbs. Now with a good amount of bottle age, it is soft and sumptuous with delicious layers of mature complexity.
