Paul Jaboulet Ainé is one of the most highly acclaimed producers of Northern Rhône wine and is capable of making some of the finest wines in the region. Owned since 2006 by the Frey family (also of Château La Lagune in Bordeaux) all their vineyards are now certified organic and are cultivated according to biodynamic principles. Once again, the 2018 is a superb release that is full-bodied and rich, with bold notes of black fruits, peppery spice and dried violets. This is the perfect wine for a beautiful rib-eye steak.
