Located at the heart of the Crozes-Hermitage appellation, Yann Chave’s estate extends to 20 hectares, with 1.2 hectares on the iconic Hermitage hillside. For Le Rouvre, Yann selects plots where the grapes produce perfectly velvety tannins, with optimal ageing potential. The 2018 vintage has captivating notes of cracked pepper, olive tapenade and black cherries. It’s an immensely concentrated and very fine wine, with lavish fruit complexity.
