An 11 year old Craigellachie bottled by Alistair Walker under his Infrequent Flyers label.
Light gold in the glass with notes of butterscotch and almonds on the nose before a full-bodied palate of shortbread and spice with a hint of mixed wild herbs. The finish is sweet and peppery - a really nice example of Craigellachie that shows off their signature style well where a slow fermentation makes for a fruity, complex spirit.
