A ten year old Craigellachie bottled by Carn Mor as part of their excellent "Strictly Limited" range.
Tropical fruit and stone fruit meet foam banana and a touch of icing sugar on the nose whole the palate is maltier with notes of vanilla pastry and dried mango. The finish adds a faint hint of smoke along with more ripe banana and a touch of white pepper. A lighter, smoother style for those who enjoy delicate drams.
