Founded in 2003, Covenant is an urban winery in Berkeley, California, producing a series of Kosher wines from across Napa Valley and Sonoma County. The Red C is a unique, yet delicious, blend of Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, Malbec, Grenache and Merlot. It is juicy and succulent with notes of blackberry, cassis, sage, tobacco and tar.
