Cave Dumazet is a small boutique winery based in the Northern Rhône, specialising in traditionally made red and white wines from their 4.5ha of vines. Cuvée du Zenith Blanc is made from 100% Viognier and exhibits lush notes of honeyed citrus, stone fruits, quince and dried white flowers. Rich and textural, but with lovely acidity and cooling minerality, this would make a wonderful accompaniment to chicken or fish dishes.
