Established in 1999, Lucien Le Moine is a small négociant house producing Pinot Noir and Chardonnay from around the Côte d`Or, from village-level, premier cru and grand cru vineyards. This wine comes from a small plot in Corton-Renardes. Aromas include notes of cassis, plums, forest floor and plenty of freshly turned earth nuances. There is excellent volume to the relatively refined flavours that possess an almost lacy mid-palate. yet The finish is robust as well as stirringly persistent.
