‘Les Bressandes’ is situated on a southeast facing slope on the hill of Corton, planted on stony clay-limestone. The aspect makes for ideal early ripening conditions. The 2015 is considered a benchmark vintage. The nose reveals some salinity and sour cherries. Crunchy fruit, which puts on weight on the palate. Fine tannins are grippy from the midpalate onwards. The wine has a fine ferrous minerality on the back palate, which chisels a fine finish.
