From the same team that producers the world famous Riojas at Bodegas Roda comes Corimbo, a Ribera del Duero produced using 100% Tempranillo. The grapes are fermented in a combination of wood and stainless steel before 14 months of oaking in a combination of French and American oak. The result is an aromatic, fruit forward red with notes of stewed cherry fruit, spice and vanilla. Tannins are fine and well integrated before a warming, evolving finish.
